It was in a marvellous and beautiful location to separate area in the restaurant. Plus, it was approx 10 mins walk from Playa del Matorral.

Silent and brand-new units with a breathtaking seaview. Very clean swimming pool and amazing location right by the fantastic beach, the wonderful gardens and Fuerteventura for 6 + months a year.

No reason to complain, overall it’s incredibly beautiful place with welcoming staff at reception desk.

Its location was great and brilliant in the main theatre. The room was spotless and retro and had a fabulous view of the sea. It was fairly clean, I would absolutely stay here again.

The location was stunning, really close to the shops. Moreover, it was 4 km from Morro Jable.

Full size and light breakfast with meats, bread, pastries, pancakes, and fruit. Perfect and nice location in Jandia not far from the eating areas, shops and cafes and the hill to the beach so a walk uphill back.

Good standard and well-appointed rooms with fresh towels, toiletries, as for instance, really really nice stay! Lots of options for breakfast, outstanding fresh bread, pastries, pancakes, and fruit.

The location was marvellous and lovely, down the gardens with easy access to local supermarkets and a small supermarket. The room was airy and spotless, even so the views where really bad.

The staff was specific.

I'd give it more than 4 stars, everything was very good. I liked fresh fruit, bread, coffee, tea, and pastries food in the morning. Extraordinary service-minded staff on the reception desk and the location was absolutely perfect and lovely in front of the beach. Pilates classes and yoga classes were right on spot. I've stayed here before and will be back.

The breakfast was massive and light at most meals, good food. The location was perfect and lovely - walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. There was a really nice restaurant, a mall and a little market next door.

Everything was very good, appreciated the sea view from my double room. The location in a good area was unbeatable and there were shopping centres and a little market nearby. The hotel was close to beach, so it was awesome.

I recently stayed at Occidental in Jandia and had a fantastic experience. The beach in front of the hotel was truly magical and perfect for relaxation. The breakfast and dinner options were plentiful and delicious, offering a wide variety of foods to choose from. I was impressed with the cleanliness of my room, which had a refreshing smell. The entertainment team, specifically Isabel and Martin, provided excellent customer service and created a positive and energetic atmosphere.

I highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was really good, including hard-working staff on the reception desk. The rooms were fully-equipped and air-conditioned with spectacular views of the mountains.

Large buffet selection, extremely friendly staff. The complex is spacious and at least at this time of the year you can always find a quiet place somewhere (without total sound by the animation).

There was almost the same every day with the food and meat and fish were definitely fried to death. It lacked a little sophistication.
